Another great change in Documents is the ability to have headers and footers just like Word.  This feature now allows for the use of professionaly created letterhead, one that has graphics.

Simply replace you current document named Office Letterhead with your Word letterhead!  Make use of the new drag and drop to move that professionally designed letterhead over and voila! All our letters will now be created using your formal letterhead.

Or create a new document with a name that includes the words office and letterhead, lets say Fancy Office Lettethead.  Now eCandidus™ will ask you which letterhead you want to use.  The original one for letters that will be faxed and the new fancier one for those where color makes the impresion.
