It has never been easier to send e-mail from the eCandidus™ Desktop.  Simply fill the Settings:System E-Mal information with a company-wide e-mail address and immediately you can e-mail any merged document or form.  The item will be converted into PDF and made into an attachment to the e-mail.

You do not have an e-mail address?  Simply create one in Google mail, it is simple and free!

By the way, you can also create an e-mail from any History note, where the note is made into the body of the e-mail.  And while you are filling the e-mail settings, remember to fill in the E-Mail footer entry, that way all of the messages include a disclaimer to protect your office.
