The Organizer is the goto tool to find out what you need to accomplish.  And with its variety of formats and its ease-os-use, is one of the centerpieces of the eCandidus™ Desktop.

But your day is hectic and would like to be alerted when things are due.  For those occasions, you can now ask the Organizer to alert you via popus when necessary:

It is easy to setup, just open the Organizer and switch over to the Settings.  You will notice new ones at the bottom:

Just set the ones desired to True and when you next login, the Organizer will display a popup for each Thing to Do or Phone Message.  These popups are similar to our Quick Messages, with the addition of an extra OK button.  Clicking on the button displays the Thing to Do or Phone Message, so you do not have to look it up anywhere.

And what are your options?

• Show TTD Alerts - Will display a popup for each active Thing to Do for today.  If a new Thing to Do is added during the day, you will be notified as well.
• Show Active TTD Alerts - When you login, the system will display a popup for each active Thing to Do before today.  This will alert you to overdue items.
• Show Phone Message Alerts - Similar to Show TTD Alerts, but with Phone Messages.
• Show Active Phone Messages Alerts - Similar to Show Active TTD Alerts, but with Phone Messages.
• Alert Refresh- How often should additions be checked for.

So have the Organizer alert you, as much or as little as you want.
