What's up with DMNSion?

You may have noticed the increase in the number of products being released under the DMNSion brand.  It may surprise you but DMNSion has brought many concepts into eCandidus™, mainly all of the document imaging related items.

But DMNSion was originally established to do a much broader work, it actually is designed around the idea of creating a network of users that can exchange digital information, and images is just but a portion of the information that can be exchanged.

A little bit of history, the original Internet, called the Arpanet, was designed so military computers could talk to each other even in the event of nuclear war.  These computers could exchange information in the forms of files, which later became web pages that you are so used to viewing.  But it still is just the exchange of files that make the Internet so powerful.

You are used now to e-mail addresses, or the ubiquitous .com names, well imagine that you could do the same thing for things that you communicate every day, a doctor's report, a request for process service, filing legal forms, or even signing up a prospect.

That is what DMNSion was designed to do, in a private and confidential way.  You may say "I can do that now with e-mail", and in fact you could, except that rather than having to deal with how to format the message so the other side can make use of it, DMNSion provides for your computer system to exchange and use information in a standarized way, so data entry and the errors introduced therein, are eliminated, while providing for complete control of who and why others can see your computers.  No "spam" or unrequested data.

DMNSion like logic is used currently by Global 2000 companies to exchange financial transactions, I know because I developed that technology a while back.  What is new is the democratizing of the technology, so smaller firms can join in, improving efficiencies and their bottom line, just like their bigger siblings do today.

By the way DMNSion, at least the first four characters stand for "Digital, Managed, Network Storage", and you will soon see and use it to communicate.
