As we expand the marketing effort, a question keeps coming up: "What is different in eCandidus™ vs what I got".
And tell me the answer in 30 seconds...
My answer is simple your cost of ownership will be lower. Let me explain.
Not only does eCandidus™ not have a complex price schedule, it is a one time cost. You do not change systems yearly, and in fact change systems only when need be, so if you look at the cost over a five year period, you come out way ahead.
But cost is not just the purchase price or rental if you pay every three months. Look at the support costs every time your system fails and has to be rebuilt. Add to that the cost of having a "consultant" create and edit letters, reports and other needed items for daily operation. External personnel is expensive and may outstrip any purchase price.
Add to those the daily operation costs, which I break down into two items the cost of complexity and the cost of I can't do that. The cost of complexity is one that depends on how simple it is to do the basic operations in your office, but be careful as comparing only a few items will distort the picture by quite a bit. And it is not just can it do function X, but can it do all of what I need to do in function X that needs to be looked at.
The cost of I can't do that is a simple one to forget, after all you can't do it in your current system! So you just don't do it. But it is an important part in the overall cost calculation in terms of how much more efficient could you be if you could do it.
No system is perfect, all systems have the imprint of the creator (or creators) and their own bias in what they think is right. My imprint is to provide a system that you can mold to your own needs, a et of tools that you can use to make what you want and what you feel is the right system, not what I think is right.
