Appointments

The Appointments section describe the options available in appointments:

Key	Use
ApptResources	The resources available in the office, normally this is a listing of conference rooms.
Color#	The definition for the appointment type.

Each definition is set by clicking on the drop down button:

Enter the name, and click on the button to display a palette of colors:

These colors are used in the Week @ a Glance screen.
