The Bulk Extract tool allows for the extraction into a comma delimited text file of selected entries from the Address Book.

The tool allows you to select what entries are to be included:

The Type field allows you to select from all of the specialties, in this example we are selecting all the plaintiffs.

You can also select by a specific birth month, so you can send birthday cards.

Another option is to select by distance from a given ZIP Code, which allows you to create location-targeted marketing campaigns.

Once you have selected what entries are to be included, you can select what portions of the address is to be included in the file.
