The Appointments by Date tool allows you to view any range of thing to do dates in a grid format:

Placing the cursor over any row displays the note for the thing to do.  You can customize which columns are shown by clicking on the Settings tab:

Clicking on the report button creates a printable report, in one of the following formats:

Type	Meaning
Normal	All selected fields are included.  Each appointment is delimited by a blank line.
Delimited	All selected fields included.  Each appointment is delimited by a physical line.
Compact	A mini-version of the normal report.
