Even though we take great care in making sure that the eCandidus™ Desktop is as problem free as we can make it, sometimes errors are detected.  When that happens you see a pop-up like:

which tries to describe what happened.  Most of the time, you can continue to work after acknowledging the problem.   As the message states, we get a copy of the error, which to us looks like:

As you can see, nothing about your data is ever sent, just enough info so we can try to solve the problem.
