All fields in the eCandidus™ Desktop have an option icon attached.  It is displayed in the upper right corner of the field and can take the following forms:

	Field has a valid value, and no Quick Note is attached
	Field has a valid value, and Quick Note is attached
	Field has an invalid value

When you click on the icon one or more of the following options are displayed in a menu:

Option	Meaning
Show Details	Displays the form of the details for the field.  Allowed in those fields that have a sub-form
Lock/Unlock	Locks/Unlocks the value in the field.  When a field is locked, only the associate that locked it can change the value.
Create New	Creates a new sub-form.  Allowed in those fields that have a sub-form
Show Available	Displays all of the values for the field.  Allowed in those fields that have a sub-form, or fields that can old multiple values
Pick Closest	Picks the closets value for the field
Compare	Displays a grid of all of the values for the field
Add	Adds a new value for the field.  Allowed in those fields that can hold multiple values
Delete Current	Deletes the current value for the field.  Allowed in those fields that can hold multiple values
Cancel	Cancel any changes done to the field
Edit Quick Note	Edits the Quick Note attached to the field
Change Background Color	Changes the background color of the field
Change Foreground Color	Changes the color of the text in the field
Display Changes	Displays a grid showing all of the values, and the date when they were entered for the field
Copy Field Definition to Clipboard	Copies the definition used by documents and forms to the clipboard
