File Menu

The File Menu accesses operations at the set or system level.

Entry Equivalent Meaning
Save or Saves the active form
Cancel Cancels all changes to the current information
Next Page Displays the next page of selections
Previous Page Displays the previous page of selections
Show Milestones Displays action Milestones
Show History Display the History for the active form
Add History Similar to Show History, except that a blank entry is shown as default
Merge into Document Merges information from the active form into a Document
Merge into Form Merges information from the active form into a Form
Reposition Repositions the active form so it is visible within the Desktop.
Print Print.  Generates a report from the current information
Print Screen Print screen.  Prints the active form
Page Settings Sets the printer layout
Exit Exits the Desktop
