There are occasions were your office wants to keep track of special client and cases, and alert associates when they are working with something related to them. This is done by enabling the FYI options. Once enabled, the front Desk changes to show the FYI icon:
The icon changes color when a case is selected that is related to a special situation:
This display begins with the Front End, and is carried through the entire system. We can now tell that we are in a special situation BEFORE we go into the case, we are made aware at the first point of contact with the client! Like we mentioned before, this is carried to all places in the system, so when we are working on t Thing To Do, we are reminded that this deals with a special situation. All associates are quietly and consistently reminded. |
