Each data set in the system is shown in the menu bar, and all of the operations that each associate can perform is listed. 

Entry	Meaning
Add	Adds a new entry into the set
View	Searches for entries according to a simple-to-use method, and allows for the editing of the selected entry
Delete	Searches the entries and deletes an entry
Analyze	Generates a graphical analysis of the set
Report	Generates a columnar report of the set
History Search	Searches the History for all of the entries in the set, and displays a columnar report containing key words

A list of the five last accessed entries in the set are then displayed, allowing for quick retrieval of active work.
