eCandidus™ Desktop makes use of a freely available OCR module created by Google.  When installed certain options are made available to the associate.

Document Management	The associate can Copy Text any page or annotation area.
Document Feeder	As jobs are read into the system, each page will be converted to text, and made available for searching.

Installing OCR

Download the OCR package from our download page.   Use the password provided under the Tools:eCandidus:Get Download Password tool, and install like any other eCandidus™ extension.
