Text Block

A Text Block field allows for the entry of text, with limited formatting options.

E-Mail Makes the text the body of an e-mail request.
Open Reads a file into the document.  The following types of documents can be read in:

HTML HTML documents (web pages)

Save Saves the document as an external file. The following types of documents can be saved in:

CSS Cascading Style Sheet

Copy Copies the selected text into the clipboard
Cut Cuts the selected text into the clipboard
Paste Pastes the clipboard into the document
Set Text Color Sets the text color of the selected text
Set Font Sets the font of the selected text
Set/Clear Bold Sets/Clears the bold option of the selected text
Set/Clear Italic Sets/Clears the italic option of the selected text
Set/Clear Underline Sets/Clears the underline option of the selected text
Set/Clear Strikeout Sets/Clears the strikeout option of the selected text
Left Justify Sets text to be aligned on the left margin
Center in Page Sets text to be centered in page
Right Justify Sets text to be aligned on the right margin
Justified Sets text to be aligned on both margins
Find Finds text in the document
Spell Check Verifies the spelling of the text in the document
Thesaurus Finds similar words in a thesaurus
