Which version should you use?

Desktop
32 bit - Windows XP, Windows Vista, Windows 7 (32 bit) (also see below)
64 bit - Windows 7 (64 bit)

Server
32 bit - All 32 bit Windows Server products
64 bit - All 64 bit Windows Server products

What is Classic?
Classic is the last version before the code base was changed to be 64 bit compliant. It is available just in case you need to revert back due to your hardware configuration.

When to install 32 bit on a 64 bit station
You should install the 32 bit bit version on a 64 bit station only if you need to import from FoxPro based products (A1 Law and Tritek) and do not have access to a 32 bit station or server.

Only the follwing 32 bit products are designed to be insstalled on 64 bit stations or servers:

• eCandidus™ Desktop
• CloudLink Server

If you are installing the eCandidus™ Desktop to import your cases, you should consider un-installing the 32 bit version and installing the 64 bit one once you have completed the import.
