Using Dragon Naturally Speaking

The Nuance Dragon Naturally Speaking product is a speech-to-text software product that works with any Microsoft™ Windows product, including eCandidus™ Desktop. The eCandidus™ Desktop Attachments feature can be used to create a simple-to-use method of creating a dictation service, where you can generate the rough document that can be finished by another associate.

You can start by creating a note in the case (or work product) History, indicating what you are dictating.

Next create a Thing to Do for the assistant:

And attach a new Merged Document, by clicking on the Attach button:

By clicking on the New button. An empty document is displayed, into which you can dictate using Dragon:

Simply save the document when you are done. Then Send the Thing to do.

When the associate receives the Thing to Do, he/she can access the attached document:

Which displays the document. Now use the keyboard shortcuts to merge in and complete the editing of the document:
